Y1ts Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide for Members

Y1ts (https://y1ts.click) is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between y1ts and its users ("Members"). By using our website or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

To use y1ts services, you must:

• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• In-Play Betting: Odds can change rapidly during live betting. y1ts is not liable for any issues arising from connection interruptions.

If y1ts finds evidence of match fixing or score manipulation, it reserves the right to withhold or cancel payment on the relevant bet.

Y1ts offers daily, weekly, monthly, and special draws in its lottery section. Please keep the following terms in mind before participating:

• Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• A maximum of 100 tickets per account may be purchased per draw.
• Once a draw is completed, the results cannot be changed.
• Prizes will be credited automatically to the winner's account.
• KYC verification is mandatory for prizes exceeding ৳1,00,000.
• If a draw is cancelled due to a technical issue, the full cost of all tickets will be refunded.

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before submitting the closure request.

For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee of ৳100 or 2% of the balance — whichever is lower — may be deducted monthly after 12 months of inactivity.

Y1ts strives to maintain the highest quality of service. However, y1ts will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Bets not placed or delayed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Issues with the member's device or software.
• Unforeseen technical failures or cyberattacks.
• Loss of account information due to the member's own negligence.

Y1ts's total liability shall never exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

Y1ts reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. Issues are typically resolved within 48 hours.

If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, a complaint may be filed with y1ts's licensing authority. International gaming laws will apply to the resolution of all disputes.

• Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.
